This role is ideal for someone with deep SPD expertise, a passion for process improvement, and a talent for building strong relationships. You'll serve as the on-site implementation lead, helping new customers integrate our system into their existing workflow—not as a service technician, but as a workflow expert and trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to support onboarding, trials, and full implementations of our system within SPD and OR environments.
Act as the go-to resource during on-site implementations, guiding staff through new workflows and ensuring a smooth transition.
Collaborate closely with SPD and OR teams to understand their current processes and tailor implementation strategies accordingly.
Deliver hands-on training and education to end users, emphasizing ease of use, efficiency, and clinical value.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with frontline staff and leadership to drive engagement and adoption.
Document site activities and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted liaison between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in sterile processing, with a deep understanding of industry protocols, workflow challenges, and SPD/OR integration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—confident, relatable, and professional.
Comfortable leading training sessions and working collaboratively with various hospital roles.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet in dynamic clinical environments.
Willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time; proximity to a major airport is essential.
CRCST or equivalent certification is preferred.
Prior implementation, training, or consulting experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Extensive travel opportunities with reimbursement.
Be part of a mission-driven company helping hospitals improve safety and efficiency.
Opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding organization.
