Territory Sales Representative - Medical Device Sales (West Coast)
About the Opportunity
Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative medical device company to identify a driven Territory Sales Representative to support continued growth throughout the West Coast. We're seeking candidates with 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience who thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing market share, developing new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
- Prospect and develop new hospital and healthcare accounts while expanding existing relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, educational in-services, and customer training sessions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, supply chain teams, and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide ongoing product education, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Support clinical procedures and operating room cases when needed.
- Effectively communicate product value through clinical outcomes and economic benefits.
- Maintain CRM activity, territory reporting, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.
- Attend regional meetings, training events, and industry conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sell within hospital and clinical environments.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
- Experience working with hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare purchasing teams is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
