We are growing fast and looking for a high-energy, patient-focused Medical Sales Concierge to join our team and be the bridge between prospective patients and world-class treatment. This position is based in Atlanta but provides opportunities for remote, hybrid or on-site work.
Position Overview
As a Medical Sales Concierge, you will serve as the first and most consistent point of contact for prospective and active patients. You’ll guide them through their care journey - from the first phone call to procedure coordination - ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Your role is a mix of patient advocacy, education, relationship-building, and appointment coordination. You’ll help drive conversion to consultation and treatment by delivering a seamless, empathetic, and solutions-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Patient Engagement
- Answer patient calls, texts, and emails with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of urgency
- Follow up on leads from digital ads, referrals, and consult requests
- Guide patients through next steps, explain procedures, and address common questions or objections
- Care Navigation
- Educate patients on treatment options in collaboration with clinical teams
- Coordinate appointments, imaging, lab work, and procedure scheduling
- Provide pre- and post-visit touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and continuity
- Sales & Service Excellence
- Track leads and pipeline progress using CRM or EMR tools
- Help convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments
- Serve as the "go-to" patient advisor to boost trust, loyalty, and long-term satisfaction
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, office managers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
- Help identify gaps or barriers in the patient journey and suggest improvements

Qualifications
- 2+ years in patient-facing healthcare, elective medicine, or concierge medical sales preferred
- Proven success in high-touch sales, customer experience, or service roles
- Empathetic communicator with strong phone presence and emotional intelligence
- Highly organized and proactive, with a natural drive to solve problems
- Familiarity with medical office workflows, CRMs, or EMRs a plus
