Do you thrive in fast-paced, patient-focused environments and have a passion for training and advancing new medical technologies? We’re looking for clinical leaders like you to bring a groundbreaking urology treatment to physicians and patients across the Northwest.
As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the adoption and clinical integration of a minimally invasive therapy for men with BPH (enlarged prostate). This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys traveling, thrives in the OR or procedural suite, and is eager to make a real impact in the medical device industry.
Why This Role Is Right for You
You’re an RN with operating room and/or urology experience—and ideally both.
You’re energized by teaching, supporting, and empowering providers.
You’re excited by innovation and are looking for something beyond the bedside.
You enjoy travel, autonomy, and being part of something new.
What You’ll Do
Train physicians and staff—virtually and in the field—on a novel urologic procedure until they are independently proficient.
Be the clinical expert during initial case support and the go-to resource for providers and internal teams.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive clinical adoption and ensure best practices are followed during procedure ramp-up.
Serve as a clinical ambassador, sharing insights from the field with Product Development and Commercial teams.
Help create training programs, education tools, and HCP onboarding processes.
Support key internal and external events, tradeshows, and workshops.
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred.
3+ years of clinical experience in an Operating Room or Urology setting is required.
Experience with surgical or minimally invasive procedures and supporting physicians in real-time.
A background in training, device education, or healthcare sales is a strong plus.
High comfort level with travel—this is a field-based position requiring 80% travel across the Northwest.
Tech-savvy and confident presenting in person and via virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to lead and influence HCPs and staff.
Self-starter with a passion for innovation, education, and patient outcomes.
Additional Info
You’ll travel extensively (4 days/week in the field, 1 admin day).
Must be able to lift 25 lbs, operate moving vehicles, and work in procedural areas with exposure to X-rays, lasers, and infectious agents.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but clinical excellence and experience outweigh titles.
