This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are competitive, motivated, and eager to build a long‑term career in sales - no prior sales experience required.

As an SDR, you’ll gain hands‑on experience prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business with local companies. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities, with real earning potential from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales through a structured training program
  • Prospect and connect with local businesses within your assigned territory
  • Meet with decision‑makers face‑to‑face to present solutions and build relationships
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage your own territory with coaching and support from experienced leaders
  • Close new accounts and grow revenue over time
  • Track activity and progress using sales tools and CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or early in your career (sales experience not required)
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance‑based compensation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting new people and working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Organized, self‑starting attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field‑based role)
  • Helpful but not required: 1-2 years of sales experience, can be B2B, B2C, etc (any industry).
