Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understand client needs, offer solutions, and provide ongoing support
  • Source potential leads through various channels
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows
  • Maintain a robust prospect database and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and build strong pipelines
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for efficient client management
  • Demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and a positive attitude in client interactions
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Inside Sales Requirements:

  • Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and persuasive
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
  • High school degree or equivalent; but bachelor's and sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Access to reliable wifi for virtual work
