Inside Sales Specialist Job Summary:

Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients
Understand client needs, offer solutions, and provide ongoing support
Source potential leads through various channels
Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows
Maintain a robust prospect database and track performance metrics
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and build strong pipelines
Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for efficient client management
Demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and a positive attitude in client interactions
Ensure accurate record-keeping and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Inside Sales Requirements:

Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Goal-oriented, energetic, and persuasive
Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
High school degree or equivalent; but bachelor's and sales experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment
Access to reliable wifi for virtual work
