Position: Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our collaborative team in the role of Territory Sales Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Excellence: Achieve sales quotas, market share growth, and other business objectives within cardiology.

  • Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists and specialists, through daily calls and networking activities.

  • Business Analytics and Planning: Utilize expertise in business analytics, marketplace dynamics, and clinical knowledge to implement a compliant and efficient business plan.

  • Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering two-way lines of communication.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel 100% throughout the specified territory - position subject to daily and / or overnight within a defined territory.
  • Residence in the specified geography or willingness to relocate.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in selling to Cardiologists and related specialists.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
