Rep-Lite is partnering with a fast-growing medical device company to hire a Field Service Technician supporting healthcare facilities throughout the Atlanta and Charlotte markets, with broader regional travel.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping systems up and running while delivering an exceptional customer experience:

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced medical equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely across hospitals and surgical centers
Provide in-person training and ongoing support to clinical and sterile processing teams
Maintain detailed, compliant service documentation and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement efficiency-driven solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Background & Experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in field service, medical device maintenance, biomedical equipment, or sterile processing
Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment

Skill Set

Natural problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills
Confident communicator who can work directly with hospital staff and leadership
Highly organized with strong attention to documentation and compliance
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships

Physical & Travel Requirements

Ability to lift and move equipment and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel 75–90%
