Territory Sales Specialist – Medical Device Sales

We are hiring a Territory Sales Specialist to support and grow our medical device business across Texas, with a primary focus on Houston. Territory & Travel
- Location: Houston, TX
- Territory: Texas
- Travel: Approximately 75% field-based travel
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily within ASCs
- Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently
- Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams
- Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Experience selling outside of the operating room preferred
- ASC sales experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
