Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic territory plans
- Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
- Identify and penetrate new accounts while expanding existing business
- Provide product education and support to clinical stakeholders
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and analytics tools

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or medical sales experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or related)
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (including occasional overnight travel)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Little Rock, AR
Preferred but not required:
- Cardiology or cardiovascular sales experience
- Experience selling into hospital or physician office settings
