Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Territory Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting sales execution and advancing access to a cutting-edge minimally invasive therapy for patients with chronic pulmonary conditions. You will be responsible for expanding awareness, increasing treatment utilization in established accounts, and building a strong network of referring physicians.

What You’ll Do
Physician Engagement & Market Development
Drive therapy adoption in mature and new accounts through clinical education and provider outreach
Facilitate educational roundtables, clinical discussions, and regional awareness events
Build strong relationships with interventional specialists, referring physicians, and care teams
Provide strategic support for multidisciplinary case review meetings to help identify eligible patients
Partner with cross-functional teams to share patient outcomes and success stories that promote therapy adoption
Sales Execution & Case Support
Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase product utilization
Provide in-field case support as needed, reinforcing adoption and procedural confidence
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of patient evaluation reports
Promote complementary products and services to increase long-term account engagement
Conduct 4+ face-to-face HCP engagements per day to drive meaningful sales conversations
Process Optimization & Reporting
Educate clinical partners on best practices to streamline patient evaluation and treatment pathways
Encourage post-procedure communication with referring providers to strengthen referral pipelines
Document all activity- case support, sales calls, educational sessions - in Salesforce CRM
Contribute to team goals by supporting regional seminars, webinars, and continuing education events
Submit regular reports to leadership on performance, opportunities, and territory progress
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or a field-based healthcare role
Proven ability to engage and influence physicians and hospital stakeholders
Experience in clinical and procedural environments is strongly preferred
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
High level of organization, drive, and commitment to excellence
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
