We’re partnering with a rapidly growing medical device company expanding across North Carolina and hiring a Charlotte-based sales professional with strong OR case coverage experience to drive adoption of innovative surgical technology.
This is ideal for someone who wants more autonomy, direct access to leadership, and real income upside - not another corporate territory with capped growth.
What You’ll Own
Full responsibility for a high-potential North Carolina territory
Daily OR case coverage and hands-on clinical support
Building surgeon and clinical champion relationships
Driving new account acquisition and expanding existing business
Leading evaluations, trials, and conversions
Managing your pipeline and territory strategy with independence
What You Bring
3+ years of medical device sales experience
Direct OR case coverage required
Experience selling into hospitals, ASCs, and complex clinical environments
Consistent quota achievement and new business wins
Comfortable with early mornings, fast-paced surgical schedules, and clinical environments
Bachelor’s degree
Based in/near Charlotte
Nice to Have
Surgical specialties (ortho, spine, ENT, EP, urology, aesthetics, etc.)
Clinical background (RN, scrub tech, military medical)
Startup or high-growth company experience
